Aging Potential: 1 year

Harvest: Mid-October, by hand.

Techniques: Grapes cooled at 5°C and lightly pressed. Controlled fermentation at 15-18℃. Aging in steel.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Pale yellow

Bouquet: intensely aromatic, fruity. Notes of sage, herbs, peach, passionfruit, hints mineral and a light balsamic note.

Palate: Slightly sparkling, good balance between freshness and acidity therefore very pleasant both for dessert and for a creamy and appetizing aperitif.
