Techniques: Destemming and maceration for 10-12 days in steel, refining 12 months in wooden barrels of first and second passage followed by 6 months in steel and rest for at least 6 months in bottle

Colour: Almost impenetrably ruby red
Perfume: Notes of very ripe red fruit jam, vanilla, black pepper, coffee, tobacco.
Palate: Balance between well accentuated freshness and alcohol. Elegantly velvety and rich with excellent structure. Silky tannins. A “chewable” wine that will keep getting better over time.
