Grape: Syrah & Chardonnay

Alcohol: 12.5% vol

Refinement period: 4 months

Aging Potential: 3 years

Harvest: Hand picked from late September/early October

Techniques: Grapes chilled to 5℃ and lightly pressed, very short maceration for optimal colour. Controlled fermentation at 15-18℃. Refinement in stainless steel. Innovative bottle design with glass stopper which perfectly protects the wine from oxygen damage.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Soft blush tones of pale petal pink.

Perfume: An aromatic expression of summer with notes of peach, citrus and honeysuckle.

Palate: Deliciously crisp with a fresh acidity. Light, refreshing and very easy to drink.

Pairing: Crab, grilled fish and summer salads.  Pasta with creamy sauces, soufflés and desserts.  Enjoy during lazy summer lunches or an aperitif.  Peffect for picnics thanks to the glass cork.
