We have proudly released our V2 brandy, distilled from our first ever spumante called “Veronica” made in 2013 from pinot noir and chardonnay. 5 years of aging in French oak barrels has rewarded us with an exquisitely layered and matured blend of delicate yet rich fruit notes of fig, raisin, plum and candied orange. A long finish reveals notes of crème brûlée and the sweetness of vanilla. Beautifully smooth with a velvet warmth on the palate, V2 is perfect for contemplation next to a fire or to finish dinner with friends.
