Method: Obtaining the basics must include, being cooled and stored at 0 ° C up to the moment of fermentation with the use of specially selected yeasts, fermentation in autoclave up to a pressure of 1 bar.
Colour: A brilliant ruby red with a very light liveliness.
Bouquet: Pleasantly fruity, hints of fresh red fruits, raspberry, currants, blueberry and elderberry.
Palate: Full-bodied and fruity. Surprisingly light and refreshing. The marked softness of the red fruits is well balanced by the tannins that give a clean and fresh finish.
Pairings: Cold meats, pizza, rustic bread and cheese. Grilled meat. Perfect for cooling off in the summer months.
